Vendors Information
Attention all 2010 festival vendors: All vendors will be notified by Monday, May 10, 2010 of their space setup time. Setup will begin on Thursday, May 13 at 3:30 PM. All vendors stationed between 5th & 7th street will begin setting up 3:30 PM. All vendors stationed on the 4th - 5th street block and the 7th - 8th street blocks will begin setup at 5:30 PM. We request that all vendors please closely follow their setup times. These setup times allow all vendors adequate time to unload, setup, and begin getting hooked up with electric in an orderly fashion. Also, all vendors stationed on the 4th-6th street blocks will enter the vending area and check in through the 4th street entrance and all vendors stationed at the 8th - 6th street blocks will enter the vending area and check in at the 8th street entrance.
All vendors MUST check in with one of the chamber directors prior to entering the festival area and setting up.
REMINDER: Merchant Street will close at 3:00 PM. NO VENDORS are allowed to enter the festival area prior to their setup time. ALL VEHICLES will be removed from Merchant Street at 3:00 PM and all vehicles after 3:00 PM MUST check in with a chamber director at 4th or 8th street.
